How to log into my online account and pay my bill

1.     Visit

2.     Select the ACCOUNT LOGIN tab

3.     Select the NEW USER?  link at the bottom of the screen

4.     Follow the prompts (Enter your  BILLING ACCOUNT NUMBER, your LAST NAME/BUSINESS NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS)

5.     Select a SECURITY QUESTION and  ANSWER, then select I'M NOT A ROBOT

6.     Select the appropriate IMAGES that match the description

7.     Wait for the billing system to email you a TEMPORARY PASSWORD (you cannot copy and paste the temporary password). Use the TEMPORARY PASSWORD to log into SMART HUB

8.     Once logged in, set up a NEW PASSWORD and SECURITY PHRASE

9.     Select BILLING & PAYMENTS tab on the top menu bar

10.   Select AUTO PAY PROGRAM on the menu bar on the left of the screen

11.    Enter your BANK ACCOUNT information to make a payment. You can also register for bank autodraft here.
