The Donation Request Form must be submitted by February 20, 2025. 

 

If you are an individual in need, seeking financial assistance or are making a request on behalf of a charitable organization whose purpose is to give financial aid and training or education, please complete the Operation Round Up Request Form. 

If you are seeking a donation from MPE for other reasons, please complete and submit the form below: 

Donations requests are considered for review three times per year. Donation requests need to be submitted not later than 21 days before MPEI’s regular March, July and November board meetings.
