MPE has a Preferred Solar Installer Program to provide our members with a list of trusted installers. Before being added to this list, installers must go through a vetting process to verify their expertise and service quality and sign an ethics pledge. Our members are free to select the installer of their choice. MPE concerns with installers has included, but are not limited to, aggressive sales techniques, dishonesty, completion issues, code violations, and incomplete follow-up.
