Mountain Parks Electric, Inc. (MPEI) is pursuing additional capacity and energy resources via this Request for Proposal (RFP) to serve the future needs of its customers and to ensure compliance with the Resource Adequacy Requirements (RAR) imposed by SPP-RTOE. 

MPEI is seeking offers for up to 20 MW of seasonal SPP-RTOE Deliverable Capacity from electric energy supplier(s) (Bidder) for the five Winter Seasons of 2027/2028 through 2031/2032.
